Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it within ten (10) business days.  There may be a 15% restocking fee applied.

Services

The Computer Tamers warrants its service to you against defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the transaction. This includes service performed on computers, network and any related device serviced with this transaction. There is no refund on service performed.

Software

Return unopened software that we currently sell for a full refund within ten (10) business days.  There may be a 15% restocking fee applied.

Technology

Since technology changes so quickly, we can only accept it for return within ten (10) business days of the date of receipt. This includes: computers, monitors, notebooks/laptops, copiers, all–in–one machines, digital cameras, modems, printers, computer peripherals, handheld computers, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, and networking products.  There may be a 15% restocking fee applied.

Refund Policy

If you paid with cash, debit card, or check, we’ll refund your purchase with cash or corporate check (by mail immediately or within 10 days). If your purchase exceeded $500 pre-tax, and you paid with cash, debit card, or check, your money will be refunded in the form of a corporate check. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit your account at the time of the return.

Simply return your purchase in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip.
